Vicki Rickabaugh is an enthusiastic lecturer.  Her ability to motivate an audience comes from knowledge, humor, and an irresistible positive outlook.  She teaches from the heart, and she has a lot to give.  Vicki has had a full and varied career, and her lectures draw from her vast experience.

First and foremost, Vicki is a horsewoman, having been a trainer and competitor for over 35 years.  In the 1980's, Vicki formalized her training philosophy into the Equine Circle of Needs, recognizing the interdependence of horse and rider.  In the 1990's, Vicki expanded the Circle of Needs and developed T.R.A.C.E., a way of living for humans and horses to maximize their health and happiness.

In addition to lectures, Vicki is the author of Horse Riding for Beginners, which has been published throughout the world.  This informative manual includes numerous diagrams and photographs, fully illustrating the principles discussed.

Vicki is available for lectures or workshops to horse clubs and community groups.   Contact Vicki to discuss how she can personalize a program to meet your needs.
